CCA understands that the vast majority of Cricket Clubs are run by a small handful of dedicated volunteers. Entering your match data into CCA will require some time commitment which some clubs may struggle to find. Why not let us enter your matchday-data for you under our Managed Service offering? These are available to buy in 3 quantities:
- 10 Match-data-entry tokens (10% discount)
- 25 Match-data-entry tokens (12% discount)
- 50 Match-data-entry tokens (15% discount)
Managed Service tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You don’t need to use them all at once, you can request matches be added, as and when, but we would prefer batches of at least five matches per request. You will need to provide full match result data for each match in one of the following formats:
- Play-Cricket’s PCS Pro match export .CSV file (2 matches per 1 token)
- URL link to the Play-Cricket match result webpage (1 token per match)
- Photo of all the innings from the Scorebook (1 token per match)
After CCA Support have completed your match-data entry for you, the updated CCA instance (database) will be made available for download and will function in a view-only mode. This means you will still have full access to all the Aves & Stats reports and analysis, including print capability, you just won’t be able to amend any of the underlying data within CCA.
You will also need to provide additional player information like Forename and Date-of-Birth and ensure Captain, Wicketkeeper and non-Batters are identified for each match score card provided.
